This letter is dedicated to all those who have lost a child through illness, accident and especially to those who have lost a child by choice through abortion. May the peace of the Lord comfort you and may you know that you are loved, important and forgiven. I encourage you to run closer to God not away, seek refuge and strength in the Lord. To My Beloved Son Jacob,

My Son, I yearn to hold you in my arms, to hold your little hands.
I miss the days we never had, to watch you grow,
to hear your laughter when you jump for joy,
to catch you when you fall down and wipe away your tears.

Oh, I long to walk with you leaving our footprints in the sand.
I wonder what wonderful things you could have shared
in this world as a Son, Brother and Man.

You are in God's hands now, watching over me,
with forgiveness, understanding and I know you pray for me.

Your prayers have been answered, God's Mercy and Grace
have touched my life in such a way that it has taken away
the guilt and pain of the sins in my life.

I accept Jesus Christ as my Savior.
I accept God's loving grace and his forgiveness in my life.
I dedicate my life to be willing to go wherever
God sends me in whatever way he send me.

To share with others my faith.
I am willing to let God use me for his
Glory and His Perfect Will not mine.
His way, not mine.

Forgive me Son for the sins I have done against you.
Thank You for the Blessings you have brought to my life.
When my work is done here on earth,
and our Gracious Father calls me home.

I'll race you to the swing set where we will
swing away all the childhood lost years with
Joys and Praise of a loving Son and Mother united again.
